At RugsLuxe, we’re pleased to add extra value to your purchase. Qualifying rug orders include a complimentary rug pad—our gift to help enhance comfort, longevity, and performance.

 

How the Free Rug Pad Offer Works
 • Receive one complimentary rug pad with each rug priced at $399 or higher
 • There is no limit—every qualifying rug receives its own rug pad
 • The complimentary rug pad size will be automatically selected to best match the size of the purchased rug
 • Rug pad material and thickness are chosen by RugsLuxe to ensure proper fit and performance

This offer applies per qualifying rug, not per order total.

The complimentary rug pad represents a value of up to $75, plus minimum shipping savings of $25.

 

Important Details
 • Complimentary rug pads cannot be substituted, exchanged, upgraded, or redeemed for cash
 • Offer is valid only with qualifying rug purchases
 • Free rug pads are provided as a promotional item and are not sold separately as part of this offer

 

Returns & Refunds — Complimentary Rug Pads

If a qualifying rug purchase includes a complimentary rug pad and the rug is later returned:
 • The complimentary rug pad must be returned unused and unopened to receive a full refund
 • Opened, used, or retained rug pads are non-returnable
 • If the complimentary rug pad is not returned or has been opened, the value of the rug pad (up to $75) and the original rug pad shipping cost (minimum $25) will be deducted from the refund

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. RugsLuxe does not provide prepaid return labels.
