At RugsLuxe, we believe every home deserves a beautiful rug delivered with ease and transparency. That’s why many of our rugs ship free to addresses within the 48 continental United States.

 

How Free Shipping Works

 

Free shipping is based on the value of the rug itself—not the total order amount.

 • Rugs priced at $65 or higher qualify for free shipping

 • Accessories such as rug pads or cleaners do not count toward this threshold

 • If a rug is priced under $65, the order does not qualify for free shipping, even if your cart total exceeds $65

 

Free shipping is applied per rug, so qualifying items will show this automatically at checkout.

 

Processing Fee

 

To ensure your rug is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled from our warehouse to your home, each order includes a standard processing fee:

 • $7.99 for small-parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx)

 • $39.99 for oversized or heavyweight rugs that require Freight/LTL delivery

 

This fee is applied once per order and helps us maintain premium service and secure delivery.

 

Additional Information

 • Free shipping is available only within the continental United States

 • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 • A physical street address is required for delivery

 • International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees
